FlagFree strips the emotion out of your co-parent's messages so you see only the facts. Then it helps you respond in a way that protects your record, on any platform.
You know the feeling when their name pops up on your phone.
The knot in your stomach before you've read a single word.
The message that's three paragraphs of accusations wrapped around one actual question.
The bait, worded just right, so that if you take it, your reply becomes their evidence.
You're not imagining it. And you don't have to keep playing their game.
Watch what FlagFree does to a real message.
What they sent
"The kids need to be picked up at 4:30 tomorrow instead of 5. PLEASE be on time for once. You're ALWAYS late and it looks terrible for the kids. I'm so sick of this."
What you see. Just the Facts.
Pickup time change request: 4:30 PM tomorrow (was 5:00 PM).
That's it. That's the whole message.
What you send back
"Confirmed. I'll pick up the kids at 4:30 tomorrow."
Platform-ready · No flags
Just the Facts
The accusations never reach you. The facts never get missed. Your reply never takes the bait.
Even "thanks" can get you flagged.
On court-monitored platforms, messages that break the rules get flagged. And the flag isn't private. Your co-parent sees it. And because the platform's full record can be entered into court, a judge can see it too.
Here's what most people don't know: the rules are stricter than you think. On some platforms, ending a message with "thanks" or "thank you" violates the communication guidelines. You were raised to be polite. The platform reads it as commentary.
One flag looks like a mistake. A pattern of flags looks like a problem. Your problem. Even when every message you sent was you trying to be decent.
FlagFree knows each platform's rules and checks your message against them before you send. The result: a record with no flags to explain.
Thanks for taking her to the dentist yesterday. Thanks!

Say your answer.
Type it or speak it, in whatever words come naturally. First-draft honest is fine. That's what this space is for.
Make it clean.
One tap shapes your reply into a calm, factual message that follows your platform's rules. Copy it, paste it into your channel, and send it yourself.
Starting a message
Say it how you'd say it.
Type or dictate what you need to communicate. Don't worry about wording it carefully. That's the app's job.
Make it clean.
FlagFree shapes it into a compliant, factual message and shows you what changed and why.
Copy, paste, send.
From your own apps, on your own accounts. FlagFree never touches your channels.
Every message you send, you send yourself. FlagFree just makes sure it's the version of you that holds up later.
Your record starts long before the court order does.
Most people don't start protecting their communication until a judge tells them to. By then, months of texts and emails already exist. Every one of them can be printed and entered as evidence.
Text, email, DMs
Often before anyone has filed anything. This is when the most damaging messages get sent, because nobody is being careful yet. It is also when starting FlagFree helps the most.
During the divorce
Text, email, attorneys, mediation
Every word is now being weighed. Investigations, declarations, and mediation sessions can all pull from your written communication. A clean record here changes outcomes.
After the decree
Court-monitored platforms
A court or mediator may require OurFamilyWizard, TalkingParents, or Civil Communicator. Now the rules are stricter, the flags are visible to both sides, and the entire record is built to be handed to a judge.
FlagFree protects your record at every phase. The earlier you start, the more of your record is clean.
If your attorney has told you to keep your communication careful, this is how you actually do it.
Why FlagFree, and not a generic AI tool.
Coming soon
Knows the platforms
Each court-monitored platform has its own rules. FlagFree checks your message against the specific guidelines of Civil Communicator, OurFamilyWizard, or TalkingParents. Not generic politeness.
Built to leave no trail
Your drafts, your venting, your first angry version: processed and gone. Nothing to subpoena, because nothing is stored. A chatbot's conversation history can't say that.
Understands the dynamic
Generic tone checkers flag keywords. Some will flag "I will be late" as hostile. FlagFree understands high-conflict patterns: the bait, the loaded question, the demand re-sent in new words.
Sounds like you
Rewrites in your confirmed calm voice, not generic AI polish. Your co-parent, and the court, see consistency rather than a sudden personality change.
What FlagFree Sees That Chatbots Miss
A chatbot may rewrite the whole message. FlagFree separates what matters: the ask, the reason, the schedule, the risk, and the clean response.

What Changed
Why This Protects Your Record
A calm, factual message gives a judge nothing to flag and keeps your record consistent over time.
FlagFree Foresight™
What this exchange is doing
It is being pulled toward blame. A calm reply keeps it on logistics.
How to stay steady
Answer only the request. Leave the bait alone.
What to watch for next
A defensive reply, or a follow-up that pulls you off-topic.
FlagFree does more than soften your words. It shows what changed, why it matters, and how your reply may be read before you send it.
Why I built FlagFree
I built FlagFree in the middle of my own high-conflict divorce, because I needed it.
I knew every text and email I sent could end up in front of a judge. The messages coming at me were designed to provoke. The traps were deliberate: get me to respond emotionally, then use my words against me. At one point, simply ending a message with "thanks" got me flagged on our court-monitored platform. That flag was later used in court to paint me as the problem.
So I built a tool for myself. It stripped the emotion out of her messages, showed me just the facts, and helped me write clean, calm responses every time.
The flags stopped. I won.
Through a custody investigation, false allegations, and a binding decision process, my record stayed factual and consistent. I prevailed on four of five contested issues.
FlagFree exists so you can protect your record, and your peace, the way I protected mine.
Tom, Founder
In high-conflict cases, the written record often matters more than what happens in the courtroom. I tell every client the same thing: keep your messages calm, brief, and factual. FlagFree is the first tool I can point clients to that actually helps them do that, message by message.

Nothing to store. Nothing to subpoena.
The platforms of record keep everything, including your flagged drafts. FlagFree is the opposite: a private space that exists for the moment you need it, then doesn't.
Messages you paste, upload, or dictate are processed securely and not stored.
All AI processing uses encrypted connections. Provider data handling is governed by commercial API terms and FlagFree's agreements with them.
Uploaded screenshots and PDFs are read in your browser and never leave your device.
Voice input is transcribed and immediately discarded. No recordings are kept.
If you choose to pause a response for up to 72 hours, only the cleaned, stabilized version is held temporarily.
FlagFree is built to reduce digital trail risk, not expand it.
