By accessing or using FlagFree Messaging ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
FlagFree is a message-review and communication support tool designed for co-parenting communication. The Service uses artificial intelligence to review messages against platform-specific communication guidelines and suggest improvements. FlagFree is an advisory tool only and does not constitute legal advice. The Service helps users craft clearer, more effective co-parenting messages but does not guarantee any specific legal outcome.
To use FlagFree, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
You agree not to use FlagFree for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Specifically, you agree not to use the Service to craft messages intended to harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm any individual. You may not use the Service to facilitate illegal activities, violate court orders, or engage in any form of abuse. Please review our Acceptable Use Policy at flagfreemessaging.com/acceptable-use for the full list of prohibited uses. FlagFree reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
FlagFree offers three subscription tiers: Second Look (free, 2 message reviews per month), Steady ($24/month, unlimited reviews and core features), and Stability Plus ($39/month, all features including FlagFree Foresight and advanced analysis). Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All payment processing is handled by Stripe; FlagFree never receives or stores your full credit card information.
The FlagFree Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by FlagFree Messaging LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including your original messages. By using the Service, you grant FlagFree a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. FlagFree does not claim ownership of your messages or suggested rewrites.
Your privacy is critically important to us. FlagFree does not store your original messages -- only AI-suggested rewrites are available to save as temporary drafts that auto-delete after 72 hours. All AI processing uses encrypted connections; provider data handling is governed by commercial API terms and FlagFree's agreements with each provider. FlagFree does not use customer content to train its own models. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described there. If you are located in the EU, EEA, or United Kingdom, you have additional rights as described in our Privacy Policy.
FlagFree is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand and agree that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We use Standard Contractual Clauses where required under applicable data protection law. Users in the EU/EEA and UK have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
FlagFree is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and is not a substitute for legal counsel. The Service is an advisory communication tool designed to help improve the tone and clarity of co-parenting messages. Suggestions provided by FlagFree are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be relied upon as legal guidance. Users should consult with a qualified attorney for legal advice specific to their situation. FlagFree makes no guarantees about the legal admissibility or impact of any messages reviewed through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlagFree Messaging LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
FlagFree may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support at support@flagfreemessaging.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and all associated data (profile, co-parents, children, drafts) will be permanently deleted. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which FlagFree Messaging LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing in this section limits your right to bring claims in small claims court or to seek injunctive relief.
FlagFree reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
